Encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the AWS Mumbai region. The list never leaves Indian jurisdiction.
Within 30 days of final delivery, the entire list is permanently removed from our systems.

A full date of birth is what the calculation runs on, so a partial date will not work. Most HR systems already hold the full date. Anyone missing from the list can be added up to a week before packing.
