Name and date of birth. We do not ask for employee IDs, email addresses, designations or anything else.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the AWS Mumbai region. The list never leaves Indian jurisdiction.
Within 30 days of final delivery, the entire list is permanently removed from our systems.
Reports go out in individual sealed envelopes, so your HR team never sees an employee's reading. Full DPDP Act 2023 compliance, with a Data Processing Agreement available on request.

Numerology here is framed as a personal-development tool, not religious doctrine, in the same way a Myers-Briggs profile is. Anyone who prefers it can take the crystal and the diffuser blends without the report.

A full date of birth is what the calculation runs on, so a partial date will not work. Most HR systems already hold the full date. Anyone missing from the list can be added up to a week before packing.
